The Clean Combustion Engines program assembles a world-class team of researchers, all of whom have successfully trained graduate students while performing ground-breaking, internationally recognized research.
Students trained in the CREATE program will be the beneficiaries of this wealth of knowledge and experience. Projects will include experimental laboratory measurements, engine tests and the use and development of predictive models of combustion and emissions.
The program will focus on six major research themes:
I. Natural Gas
III. Alcohol, Methyl Esters and other Biofuels
IV. In-Cylinder Pollutant Reduction
V. Pollutant Emissions Modeling
VI: Exhaust Pollutant Removal
